DC Innovation Hub’s Local Impact: New Partnerships Recognized by DC Inno

The DC Apprenticeship Innovation Hub’s recent collaboration with four employers, as highlighted by DC Inno, marks a significant step forward in our mission to create opportunities for individuals in the Washington D.C. area. These partnerships underscore our commitment to addressing workforce challenges through practical solutions.

"Pete Kirschner, executive director for the D.C. Apprenticeship Innovation Hub at BuildWithin, told me the new companies enhance Build Within's overall strategy of placing workers into jobs across industries such as hospitality, consulting and health care. Traditionally apprenticeships have focused on the skilled trades or computer coding."

In an era defined by shifting job market dynamics, apprenticeship programs offer a tangible path to bridge the gap between skilled workers and employers. By providing hands-on training and mentorship, these programs equip individuals with the skills and experience needed to succeed in their careers.

The Hub team is grateful for the support of our partners, supporters, and communities as we work towards a more inclusive and equitable job market. Together, we will continue to drive positive change and build a better future for all.
